Candy Molding
1. Process Flow
Raw Material Preparation and Boiling: Prepare ingredients such as sugar, starch syrup, water, acidulants, flavorings, and colorants.
Heat and dissolve the sugar and water mixture, add other auxiliary ingredients, and boil until the desired concentration is reached (e.g., approximately 115°C for soft candies and 160°C for hard candies).
Blending and Filtering: Add colorants, flavorings, etc., and mix thoroughly until uniform. Remove impurities through a filter to ensure the purity of the sugar solution.
Molding: Pour the sugar solution into the molding machine’s nozzle. The nozzle injects the sugar solution into pre-prepared molds at a set flow rate to form the desired shapes (e.g., bear shapes for soft candies, stick-shaped molds for lollipops).
Cooling and Demolding: The molds enter a cooling tunnel, where the sugar syrup rapidly cools and solidifies. After cooling, the candies are removed from the molds and undergo initial sorting.
Packaging: Candies that pass inspection are packaged in inner wrappers (e.g., individual wrappers) and outer packaging (e.g., paper boxes, plastic bags).
Die-Cutting
Place the prepared sugar paste into the die-cutting machine. Using a rotary die-cutting machine and die-cutting molds, the sugar paste is pressed to form candy pieces.
